CREWA Community Guidelines

Effective date: 11 August 2026

These Guidelines form part of the Terms of Use and apply to profiles, activities, clubs, messages, reports and other community features.

1. Respect people

Do not harass, threaten, shame or discriminate. Hate speech, sexual exploitation, credible violence and content that encourages self-harm are prohibited. Do not impersonate people or organizations.

2. Protect privacy and safety

Do not publish another person's address, live location, health information, private communications or identifiable route without permission. Review route visibility and privacy zones before sharing. Do not use CREWA to stalk or coordinate unsafe activity.

3. Keep activities authentic

Do not fabricate runs, manipulate GPS or device data, automate participation, evade validation, or exploit bugs to obtain Energy, progress or status. Energy has no monetary or crypto value.

4. Share lawful content

Only post content you have the right to use. Illegal, fraudulent, sexually exploitative, malicious, infringing, deceptive or dangerous content is not allowed. Spam, undisclosed commercial solicitation and malware are prohibited.

5. Moderation and enforcement

CREWA may reduce distribution, remove content, invalidate activity, restrict features or suspend an account, taking into account severity, context, repeat conduct, user safety and legal duties. Urgent threats may be referred to competent authorities. Where practical and lawful, we will explain a decision and allow an appeal.

6. Reporting and appeals

Use in-app reporting where available or email support@crewa.run with enough context to locate the issue. Do not include unnecessary sensitive data. Appeals may be sent to the same address.

7. Issuer and changes

Issued by CREWA Limited Liability Partnership (CREWA LLP), BIN 260840013815. We may update these Guidelines and will publish the effective date; material changes will be notified where required.
